SAFETY POLICY

It is the policy of Triumph Oilfield Products (P) Ltd to conduct all its operations in such a way as to provide a safe and healthy working environment so as to protect its employees, the sub-contractors, the general public and others from injury or ill health arising from our operations wherever they may be located both at the worksite and offsite camps, storage and warehousing / workshops etc.

We believe in "Zero Accident Policy" and consider this policy as one of our targets. In brief we pursue the following objectives to attain our requirements: -

  • Suitable protective clothing and equipment
  • Safe construction methods and practices.
  • Well maintained plant and equipment.
  • Regular medical checkups.
  • Ensuring safety awareness by all personnel.
  • Ensuring environmental issues are addressed.
  • Regular Safety Training of Staff.
  • Conduct site safety inspection to insure safety compliance.

QUALITY POLICY

It is the policy of Triumph Oilfield products Pvt. Ltd. (TOP) to achieve the highest degree of quality in the manufacturing of products and the provision of services, and to continually improve performance, safety, and reliability to ensure that the specified service continually meets and exceeds the customer’s requirements.

To achieve the above objective TOP shall;,

  • Maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, API Spec Q1 (10th Edition)and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements which shall be monitored and continually improved for effectiveness where required.
  • Identify and determine all potential risks that can undermine the quality of products and services rendered to customers for all QMS processes and apply adequate mitigation and contingency measures to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Define and implement Quality Objectives for each functions that are both achievable and measurable.
  • Provide adequate resources and training to ensure the development of our employees at all levels within the company.
  • Do not accept deviations from this policy or wasted resources in any part or aspect of the company.
  • Review the Quality Policy for continuing suitability at regular intervals and any changes made shall be understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
  • Strive to apply all efforts with customer focus and strive to continually improve satisfaction from all interested parties including our valuable customers.

All employees are directed to comply with the Quality Management System as appropriate to their work activities.

All equipment used in the provision of the service shall be maintained, such that they do not compromise TOP's Quality Policy. Top Management is committed to provide the required resources to fully implement the TOP’s Quality Policy.

The policy shall be communicated to all our employees & all personnel working under our control. It is the responsibility of Management Representative to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the company.
